We ship all personalized gift items within 2-3 business days for in-stock merchandise. We will ship all candle and favor items within 5-6 business days. Although our production team can accommodate most circumstances, please place orders as far in advance as possible so that you get the product on time before the event date.
All orders ship via Ground Saver Services, carried out by UPS, FedEx, SpeeDee or USPS, chosen by Grooms Favor at the time of shipping. All SHIP UPGRADES (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select) as well as ALL INTERNATIONAL shipments will ship via UPS only. We will try our best to send your personalized gift as soon as possible.
Duties on CANADIAN orders. Unfortunately, we do not have any control over (if any) duties or tariffs may be charged by Canadian Customs, therefore the customer is responsible for any possible duties or tariffs at the time of delivery by Canadian Customs. Any personalized order refused by customers attempting to avoid duties charges cannot be returned for a refund. Non-personalized orders can be returned for a refund, minus the cost of shipping, duties or tariffs and Restocking fees of 20%.
Our warehouses will be closed and DO NOT ship on the following days: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Starting November 15 to December 20 please add +1 day for all processing timings.
Rush Processing is available: Placing a rush on your order will ensure your entire order ships within: 24 business hours or less for engravables and within 3 days for printed items (candle/favors). The fee is $15.99. Regular production time is 2-3 business days for engravables and 4-5 business days for printed items.
Please note: Only 1 Rush Fee is needed for you Entire Order.
Change Fee ($25.99): Once your order is submitted to GROOMSFAVOR, it will be considered 'in processing'. Changes to your order will incur a change fee of $25.99 per order as we process our orders very quickly. Changes include but are not limited to personalization, product, address, ship type, added fees, product additions, gift messages, etc. Changes submitted via email will be made and charged without notice. If you have any changes after you place your order please call us at 816-476-6671 we will try our best to do changes for free but we cannot guarantee it for free.
